My husband has trouble sleeping and I have as well as I'm menopausal.
We went dry for January thinking that would help our sleep but it only made a marginal difference.
We read the online reviews for this and thought we would take a chance.
Both our sleeps apps have reported unusually long periods of REM - for multiple days in a row. We are reaching sleep goals that have never occurred before.

I quit drinking beginning of the year and found this product as an alternative. I love making a mocktail and adding wine down in the evening. I’ve read some people feel nothing and it’s a waste of money. I couldn’t disagree more, as someone who drank far too much no it’s not the same feeling wine gives you BUT it is a nice relaxed feeling that’s so much more enjoyable and I love waking up with no hangover or meh feeling.
