Standard orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and processed within 2-3 business days. During the holiday period, orders may take an extra 1-3 days so please plan accordingly.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

How do you protect against lost or damaged orders?
Apothékary is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route via their app and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service and highly recommend you add Route+ package protection at checkout.

Apothékary is not responsible for any missing or broken packages and all disputes should be handled through Route.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
I’m ordering from outside of the US. Are there customs and duties with my order?
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment is thus subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.


How do I send a gift?
Add the items you wish to gift to your cart. Once you’re ready to check out, click the “Add A Gift Message” button and follow the prompts. Gift wrapping is an extra $3 that you can also select at checkout. We’ll take care of the rest!
How do I add a complimentary gift note?
When you go to the checkout page, you will see a “Add A Gift Message” button towards the bottom of the page. Click this and submit your gift note. Be sure to include who it is from! You can also add gift wrapping for $3, which includes a handwritten card.
How will my gift be packaged?
When you select the "gift packaging" option, your gift will be beautifully packaged in a holiday box with festive and chic paper stuffing. We'll also hand write your gift message for an extra special gifting experience.

Product Basics

What is the shelf life of your products and how should I store them?

Good question -- and good news, nope! Our products are fresh up to 18 months if unopened and up to 6-8 months once opened.

Please keep your products away from direct sunlight and ideally fully sealed. Your welcome to refrigerate but there is no need.

What kind of bottles do you use?

Glass and only glass! We are a zero waste company and use only recyclable bottles. Feel free to reuse the bottle as a water bottle, or flower vase (we've even seen them being used as an aquarium!

How and when should I take the product?

Each product can be used in various ways, depending on your preference. Some are best used with regular water, or into your smoothies, juices, and even coffee, etc. See our recommendations on the bottle and how to use section for each product.

Recipes not your thing? Throw it into a gel capsule and take as a traditional supplement.

When can I expect to see results?
This can vary based on your needs, most commonly a small amount should be taken daily over an extended period of time. If the herb is to treat a specific symptom like Echinacea for a faster flu recovery take daily as needed (a week or so). If the herb is more for general health, take daily for a longer period of time to see the best results.

Are your products filled to the top?

Yes we do! The very very tippy top. As consumers ourselves, we hated when we'd order and get a product that was misleadingly almost half empty! All of our products are hand-filled completely to the brim. In terms of weight, all of our products are measured by weight and number of servings, not volume. Each product has a different density depending on the ingredients and may settle differently.

Our 2 oz bottles contain 12 servings and our 8 oz bottles contain 45 servings.

Are your products safe for pregnant or nursing moms?

All of our products are 100% from Mother Nature, made from organic ingredients, fair-trade and have no use of synthetics, preservatives or chemicals. While herbs are safe, we always recommend speaking to your health or medical practitioner before introducing new supplements.

There are herbs that are safe and beneficial during and after pregnancy. For your convenience we've highlighted our recommended products for expecting and new moms under the "Pre/post Natal" shop filter. For breastfeeding or pregnant women, we'd recommend avoiding products that contain Ginseng, Matcha, or Ashwagandha due to the natural stimulant effects in the herbs. We have many alternative blends that we can recommend so shoot us a note to with any questions!

Are your products organic, non-GMO, fair-trade, and vegan friendly?

All of our products are made with organic ingredients, are non-GMO, fair-trade, and meticulously sourced from our vendors. With the exception of pea protein in Slay All Day, our products are also Whole 30 compliant, Paleo, and Keto friendly. All products are vegan except our Collagen and You Dew You blend.

What is Ayurvedic medicine?
Ayurveda is an ancient nature based healing system (translated from Sanskrit as "Science of life") that originated along side her sister science, yoga, in India.

Ayurveda interconnects the mind, body, and spirit. It looks at the system as a whole, focusing on aligning with Mother Earth and developing individual self-awareness for optimal health and beauty. In this system, everything is made up of 5 elements –these energies combine to create the world around us in a macro and micro level. In us these elements create the 3 Doshas (our elemental makeup). These 5 elements are ether, air, fire, water, and earth.

Why should I take herbs?

Using herbs is a natural and holistic way to support and heal your body. Herbs have been used medicinally in every ancient healing system. We use herbs that have been used in a variety of systems, including Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Kampo and Western Herbalism.

Dried herbs are 3x more potent than fresh herbs of an equal amount. These powders can easily, giving you more bank for your buck. Our products can easily be added into your normal diet for optimal convenience and effectiveness.

Why herbal medicine vs. modern medicine?

Despite the fact that modern medicine is dominant in the US, its high cost combined with questionable ingredients and side effects has led us to adopt an alternative way of living using herbal medicine. We believe that good things take time but ultimately lead to a healthier or "wellthier" life and not reliant on synthetic or man-made ingredients.

We wanted more from our wellness experience and felt that modern medicine emphasizes the cure, rather than prevention. Herbal medicine offers just that, with an extensive list of ways to use herbs, be it combining into your food, water, or coffee.

Are your products "raw" and alive?
Almost all of our products are considered "raw" meaning they are low temperature processed to retain as many nutrients as possible. Upon adding our blends or herbs to liquid, or food, the ingredients become active and begin working magic in our bodies like fresh fruits & veggies would. With how busy we live in our day to day, this is a convenient form of getting nutrition without having to worry about spoiled product, which is 18 months upon opening.


How do I change or cancel my subscription?
When you login to your Apothékary account, you can change your products or cancel your subscription under the “Subscriptions'' section of your account. You can also always email and request a cancellation of your subscription. By signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of 1 billing cycle before you may cancel.

In order to change, cancel, or make any modifications to your subscription, please give us 72 hours notice.
Can I add to my subscription?
Absolutely! When you login to your Apothékary account, you can select "EDIT" under the “Subscriptions” section of your account and add your selected choice of products.
Is shipping included in subscription orders?
Shipping will be automatically added to your subscription. We do offer free shipping on US orders above $49 and International orders above $149.


How do I apply for a wholesale account?
