I’m not sure what kind of magic is in this bottle but let me tell you something. I’ve always had trouble relaxing, staying asleep, etc. I travel for work a lot too and I can never sleep in hotels. I’ve only had this tincture for a few weeks and I don’t think I’ll ever use another sleeping supplement again. Almost instantly I can feel my entire body melt into the most relaxed state, I fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. I took it on a work trip and slept just fine in my hotel (which is unbelievable). My boyfriend also takes it with me now and he’s seen a huge difference in his sleep/ relaxed state. 100% worth a try. I was a skeptic of natural supplements but now I’m a believer.
