    Love this!

    Calming effect

    I really like taking it when I come home from work, it's much better to reach for than a glass of wine. I mix it with seltzer and some lemon and lime usually.

    Definitely getting me away from wine!

    The first night I took it I said I was just gonna lay in bed with hubby until he fell asleep. Nope. I started fading FAST lol I swear by this and even brought the larger bottle (tysm for offering that!!!) this makes me so happy to put these ingredients into my body instead of alcohol!
