It taste sooo good. I don't monitor my blood sugar with anything, but I've definitely been feeling more balanced since using it. I don't feel that post-carb-load crash that I normally do! Will definitely keep using :)

I've been using Sugar Kick for over a month now, and it’s been a total game-changer for curbing my sweet tooth cravings! Whenever I get a candy craving, I take this instead, and the apple cider vinegar flavor really hits the spot!

I absolutely love the inclusion of bitter melon and apple cider vinegar to the formula. It’s different and unique to the other Apothekary tinctures in that Sugar kick is not super sweet but a bit more tart. I take 2-3 full droppers directly on my tongue BEFORE eating a meal, especially something with starch to help with the digestion and glucose spikes in the body. I love my carbs so very glad to have this as part of my daily wellness routine. One thing to note is that the vinegar / formula is much more powerful than I had expected so maybe try 1 full dropper first before going up to 3!
