    Great for Dry January

    I bought this to try during dry January to help take the edge off the "sugar" cravings when not drinking.

    It works well, I haven't missed having that glass of wine

    Magical

    I stopped drinking beer (and all alcohol)just over three months ago and my sugar cravings were through the roof. I couldn’t lose weight because of this and was frustrated. Started taking this product and the cravings have diminished greatly!

    I THINK it works!

    Overall I've been making many lifestyle changes in order to get my insulin under control as mt doctor has diagnosed me prediabetic. So I can't be sure this helped, but my A1C did go down!
