I've used senna before when needing to go, this is much easier on my system. I use before bed with hot water and some honey. I have found when I have this and then "quite your wineing" powder, this doesn't work as well.

This product seems to be helping some but have not gotten in the habit to take it every day. Will try to be more diligent but would love to be sure this product would eliminate my gut issues altogether. Then I would be motivated.
