Maybe TMI but….This is the first not terribly tasting supplement/herbal concoction that has helped me with my bowel and constipation issues and of course now that I found something that works, you’re phasing it out!
I like the lightly spiced tasted and to put it in a fruit/herbal tea at night before I go to bed and I am able to say that in the AM I have no trouble.

I won't lie, I was skeptical at first, but after a few days, this cleansed me. I like mixing it in my tea or coffee in the morning. I've also mixed it in my pancake mix and it managed to work quicker. Definitely love this stuff!
