really great for depression and anxiety! It doesn't take much, it's really pretty powerful. A little goes a long way! You can really feel it! Tastes amazing!
Overall, I like this blend. I wish it had Ashwagandha in it, and sometimes I add that. I like to put this with You Dew You and make a smoothie in the mornings. The flavors compliment each other and help me get a well rounded skin and mental wellness blend.
After a crazy day at work, I'll take this for a great pick me up.
I am taking 8 separate products currently in my daily fruit smoothie.
It is impossible to identify the individual effect of one other than removing each one for a period of time, perhaps a month to see if there is a change.
I do feel well and I am happy to attribute this to Apothekary products...at least in part. Spiritually healing has no doubt helped to. Life quality is made up of many different components.

I absolutely love this blend! Not only is it an amazingly calming way to end my day, but it is beautiful and quite delicious. I mix mine with almost boiling water from my kettle and top it off with frothed half-and -half and dried and fresh strawberries. It feels like a decadent little treat! I enjoy mine at the end of the day but could easily see it as a nice addition to a midday break. I highly recommend giving it a try!
