I got a sample pack a few months ago, had to get the whole bottle! I put it in tea, usually at work, mid day. It just a great stress reliever, makes me feel better, and doesn’t have side effects. It’s a good pick me up when I need it! Love it will definitely buy more!! I’ve already put a dent in the jar!

I added this to a smoothie the other day when I had been feeling in a bit of a funk. It definitely helped mellow and even me out emotionally.
