Hormone Harmonizer™ (fka Seal the Deal)

I bought this with cautious optimism. Years ago, I discovered one of Apothekary's focus-oriented powders and was impressed. Recently, the relationship between my period and PMS symptoms changed and I thought "maybe I can find a natural solution". I found Hormone Harmonizer, bought 2 months' worth, and have now taken it for 3 weeks starting right after my last period. I don't track my period since it's always been irregular, but my PMS symptoms are a tip-off. This cycle, my acne didn't flare up as much, I didn't crave chocolate like I normally do, I didn't experience *any* cramps, or have manic mood swings for a week leading up to my period. Better yet, the only thing I changed was incorporating this powder into my smoothies or latte! It's safe to say I'm pretty stoked- I'm interested to see how the progress continues through this cycle, and compare to the next one!
