    Does what it says! Bring on the fire of a healthy gut ! Everything is tied to Gut health so using these ingredients help curb my sugar intake and help my body process instead of lag. I combine this with my Slay All Day and Blue Me Away 🔥🔥🕊️ just a bit of each with a little hot water and BOOM power shot.

    Pretty good

    I do feel like it mildly helps with my bloating. Not a great taste but expected for heavy turmeric.
