    Finally getting good sleep

    In this season of perimenopause, sleep has been very difficult. For someone who has never had any problems falling or staying asleep, this season has been quite distressing. Enter Do Not Disturb…when I mix this blend into my evening tea, I sleep so so well. And more importantly, I wake feeling refreshed. I strongly recommend giving this product a try for healthy sleep!

    For brains that won’t shut off…..

    I’ve been working on “sleep hygiene” for several years - regular bedtime, dark room, cool temps etc etc and tried melatonin and other “natural” sleep supplements (ughhh those wacky dreams) - but NOTHING has worked until DO NOT DISTURB - this product has been a game changer!!!! I can feel my mind slowing down about 30 minutes after I drink the tea, fall asleep easily - STAY ASLEEP - and get good quality deep sleep. I wake up feeling rested - better than I have in years!!!!! I’m so grateful for this tea and take it with me on trips and never go a night without it. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻
