This is good with some honey and some nondairy milk served a little bit warm. However, on the nights I take it I get to sleep much faster than on the nights. I don’t mainly because it stops my mind from racing and allows me just to get to sleep..

I have taken this product for about two weeks. My average amount of sleep has been 6.5 - 7.5 hours, but my sleep quality has improved. I wake up in the morning focused and ready to start my day with no grogginess.

It took about a week of consistent use to switch from my EVL Sleep Mode pills that were no longer working, but now I have great sleep! It’s very herbal so I mix it in Celestial Extra Sleepy Time tea where it blends right into the taste. However it does not blend into the tea physically. I usually have a slurry at the bottom leftover. But will continue to purchase
