    Finally getting some sleep!

    I have been taking a popular otc sleep aid every night for years! I really want to get off of them & have tried MANY natural sleep aids & end up wide awake 2 hrs later & still end up taking the otc that I’m trying to ditch! I add Do Not Disturb to my bedtime tea about 30-60 mins before bed & the past week I’m finally getting some rest! I still wake up a few times a night, but I’m able to go back to sleep. I sure hope this lasts!

    Works Great!

    This is a much better option than melatonin. This product calmly relaxes you for a restful sleep and I do not wake up groggy.
