For an herb supplement it was pretty much instantaneous when I used it. I mixed it with lavender and chamomile tea.

This is good with some honey and some nondairy milk served a little bit warm. However, on the nights I take it I get to sleep much faster than on the nights. I don’t mainly because it stops my mind from racing and allows me just to get to sleep..
