I love this starter set so much. I was hesitant to buy the full starter set but have loved having it as part of my everyday routine. There is a little bit of a learning curve on what works best to create different mocktails and other beverages but still very good and highly recommend to anyone starting out herbal supplements.

I love that you get the tools! I've been using Slay All Day everyday and I LOVE this formula! It's a gentle energy and a lovely flavor. The candy cane drink was delicious! I am using Do Not Disturb a well and I do feel more rested. I have had the others a couple times but I'm focusing on a couple herbs at a time to try to see how my body responds.
