    This product is wonderful right before bed. I mix it in soy milk and enjoy hot or cold. I fall asleep naturally and wake up without grogginess and feel rested. Thank you.

    TASTES GOOD & CHILL!

    This is one of my favorite products, I love adding to my tea and coffee, gives it a nutty taste and a nice mellow chill without feeling too "weird" like some products. This is a great value for the price too - the powder gives you a lot more value than the liquid droppers!
