Chill the F* Out™

I absolutely love this herbal blend! It began working with the very first use, calming and relaxing me considerably. I had a wonderful night of sleep that first night. I take it every time I need to relax, and it works every time. And knowing that I’m doing something good for my body is also important. It’s a must have in my health routine.

I was hesitant to try it. I had it for a month or two before I used it. The dose is 1 tsp. I was wide awake working at my computer in the evening. I did just a half tsp . Within 10 min I was very sleepy . Not in a “drugged” way just nice and relaxed and wanted to go to bed. I have used it almost every night the past 2 weeks.

It’s such a nice sleep. I haven’t tried it during the day. It also has a mild minty flavor. Not bad just mixing it with water.

I love starting the day with this in my tea.

I really like adding this to my daily green drink in the evenings. Helps me calm down after work in a healthy way.
