I started taking over a year ago when I was so exhausted after work on rough days but my adrenaline kept me spinning. A family member introduced it and I love that she did. The world stops spinning so fast and I can do what after work is intended for, relaxing! I mix it with goodbelly drinks or kefir.

This is my favorite out of what I ordered. I mix it with some warmed almond milk to wind down in the evenings. It has a great taste, like a slightly minty chocolate. I will be ordering again!
