I've been taking You Dew You consistently for just over 2.5 years now.
I've come to rely on quite a few of the Apothekary blends, but You Dew You is HANDS DOWN, my absolute favorite! I've noticed a huge difference in my complexion with consistent use. My skin looks calmer, and minor irritations or breakouts (which I am prone to) seem to be smaller, and go away much quicker when I take this.
Added bonus: This blend is one of the easiest to drink. It's pleasant and floral, and seems to pair well with anything fruity, or even plain water. Unlike a lot of herbal blends, this one doesn't have an offensive taste, and seems to blend into almost anything I come up with.

One week in and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement!
