How To Use
  • Chill The F* Out: Mood-Boosting Chocolate Elixir: Add 4 oz of hot water or coffee to 1 tsp of powder for an instant boost in cacao tones and serotonin levels. Add sweetener if you'd like it on the sweeter side.
    Peppermint Chocolate Latte: Add 1 tsp to your cup, and a dash of hot water to make a "paste". Then add your favorite almond milk and sweetener (optional) before stirring. Microwave if preferred warm or drink and enjoy.

    Smoothie: 1 tsp into your ingredients and blend for 1 minute.

    Meal Booster: Add 1-2 tsp to your favorite dish (e.g. soup, chia pudding, overnight oats, or even cereal!).

    For most effective results, take daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Triphala: Mix 0.5 tsp with 8 oz of warm water before bed on an empty stomach. Do not be surprised by the pungent taste of this herb -- it is truly plant-based medicine and to mask the flavor, we highly recommend taking it quickly, adding it to tea or adding to a capsule.
  • Haters Say It's Photoshopped: Beauty Elixir: Add 1 oz of hot water to 1 tsp of powder to make into a "paste". Then add 8 oz of almond milk or mix into tea for an antioxidant-rich morning or evening elixir.

    Antioxidant Beauty Smoothie: Simply add 1 tsp into your smoothie. Containing Hibiscus, one of our favorite combinations is in a berry or Acai smoothie, doubling down on antioxidants.
