    Life changing!

    I have been experiencing SERIOUS symptoms anxiety for the past 3 years to the point where I could barely function, three weeks into blending tulsi into my morning and evening tea have been life changing for my nervous system. I’m not sure I need medication after adding thud to my daily routine
