I love this stuff! I've been using it in my oatmeal for over a month now and it's really helping to keep me regular, which I've struggled with pretty much my entire life. I will definitely continue to use.
Triphala works well but I have not been able to tolerate a full tsp. daily. Half that is plenty. Also, I am a bit surprised at the number of reviews that mention bad taste. I mix in smoothies & I don't taste it at all. Have also found this an easy way to take it. Take a handful of frozen mixed berries & toss in a bowl for a little while to partially thaw. Then mixi the Triphala with a teaspoon of honey, a few tablespoons of water & microwave. Poor on berries & hit with a stick blender for a couple of seconds only. Makes a delicious snowcone-ish treat.
This formula is gentle on the digestive system yet works effectively. I have noticed a huge difference in my daily routine. Will continue to order this product.

Honestly the only thing that has helped me to go to the bathroom naturally. I mix it with Follow Your Gut, Truvia, some cinnamon, almond milk & hot water. So perfect.
