Every other evening, grab a hot cup of Nightea, combined with Black Cohosh and start to feel the effects of more balanced hormones, better and deeper sleep, and a general calmer sense of being.
- Nightea: Add 2 tsp to tea bag and steep for 10 min. Add sweetener or your choice.
- Chill The F* Out: Mood-Boosting Chocolate Elixir: Add 4 oz of hot water or coffee to 1 tsp of powder for an instant boost in cacao tones and serotonin levels. Add sweetener if you'd like it on the sweeter side.
Peppermint Chocolate Latte: Add 1 tsp to your cup, and a dash of hot water to make a "paste". Then add your favorite almond milk and sweetener (optional) before stirring. Microwave if preferred warm or drink and enjoy.
Smoothie: 1 tsp into your ingredients and blend for 1 minute.
Meal Booster: Add 1-2 tsp to your favorite dish (e.g. soup, chia pudding, overnight oats, or even cereal!).
For most effective results, take daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Black Cohosh: Add 0.5 tsp to your smoothie, coffee, or lukewarm water and drink daily on a full stomach.
Love this kit. The Chill blend is my favorite and beats my homemade adaptogen chocolate blend, in particular with its creaminess + pepperminty flavor. Black Cohosh is new to me but as I have a really stressful job, this has helped balance my cortisol levels. Nightea is my go-to for sleep~
