I must admit that I was skeptical that a tiny teaspoon each day would make a difference, but IT REALLY DID. Shatavari is a phytoestrogen that impacts bone and muscle too. I definitely felt the difference in my body after staying consistent and taking 1 tsp almost every day! If you’re looking for an estrogen boost, this is a fantastic natural option.

Haven’t seen a difference since taking it, but it does taste nice blended into coffee and teas

I had added this into my coffee during my last period and my cramping seemed to be a bit less. It was pleasant tasting, almost like a creamer substitute.
