Do Not Disturb™

This product is great, helps me sleep for longer periods of time and I wake up without feeling groggy.

I love my “sleepy drink”, as my husband calls it. I mix the ‘Do Not Disturb’ powder with hot water and coconut milk for a soothing, relaxing nightcap that helps me sleep soundly and wake up rested.

I only add half of the recommended amount at night and it really helps settle me after a great day!

I travel for work and this powder helps me fall asleep in whichever time zone I find myself in. I mix it with a creamer and hot water an hour before bed. Usually as my reading beverage. It doesn’t taste all that great, but boy it works!

I’ve never used a dleep aid that is so effective give with zero side effects. The flavor is similar to chai tea, in my opinion. I will continue to purchase this product!☺️
