WHAT TO EXPECT:
Taylor will start on a comprehensive level, reviewing your intake form and reviewing your current wellness status and lifestyle to more thoroughly understand your conditions and symptoms.
You will meet through our secure health portal to discuss all health and dietary concerns. After the consultation, you will receive functional nutritional advice based on 3-day food diary. This will help guide what herbs to take and when, food choices and recipe ideas that will help you heal, and numerous resources to support your personal health goals.
This consultation is meant to provide guidance on dietary or herbal remedies that may alleviate symptoms. While Taylor Appel is certified as a Registered Herbalist (AHG) they cannot formally treat or diagnose conditions for clients.
- One 45-minute intake session where you will share your dietary history, habits and symptoms
- Email follow-up with functional nutrition advice based on 3 day food diary
- $25 in Apothékary store credit (sent via email after the purchase of consultation)
HOW TO SCHEDULE:
After purchasing you'll receive an email with further instructions on logging into your portal via Healthie. Plan to schedule your consultation 5-7 business days after starting the intake form, this allows our herbalist time to review your answers ahead of the appointment.

About Taylor Appel Registered Herbalist (AHG) :
Taylor is a registered clinical herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild. She discovered her passion for herbalism and supporting others while studying botanical medicine, permaculture design, and conscious community living over the last decade of her life.
She has an undergraduate degree in nutrition and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition, focusing on functional nutrition and pro-metabolic health practices. Her experience in herbalism encompasses many skills, including sustainable wild harvesting and medicine making, formulating, herbal education, and creating herb-inspired meals.
Taylor currently resides in southern Oregon, where she can be found hiking mountains with her partner and pup in her free time, or in the kitchen where she is always cooking up something delicious to share!
