    Helps tremendously!

    I put it in my coffee every morning! It helps with my mood so much!! I was becoming extremely irritable around my cycle. My mood swings have completely leveled out!

    Nice boost

    I thought this was supposed to calm your nerves. I bought this for my husband, as he gets anxiety and I put some in our coffee. Dissolves great with the little mixer and we both love the cocoa taste. It gives us both mental energy helps us both with our ADHD, and it keeps me focused. Will be subscribing to this one. I guess it keeps the mind calm to focus on other things, which is great. Great product, can't wait to try the others. Just purchased the refill pack and a few tinctures.
