When you feel the first signs of sickness coming on, we recommend consuming this blend in a higher dosage format. Take ReLeaf in this concentrated format twice a day to ward off illness or when actively sick.

Ingredients:
2 tsp. of ReLeaf
3oz of hot water
½ tsp. of raw honey

Add ReLeaf to a small glass/mug. Pour hot water (close to boiling, but not yet boiling) on top of the blend in the glass. Stir in honey while the water is still hot. Let the blend cool enough so you can down the whole thing in 1-2 sips.
