In Sanskrit, Ashwagandha means “the smell of a horse” indicating how the herb has the ability to impart the strength of a stallion. This popular herb is also referred to as an "adaptogen" for its ability to adapt to outside stressors affecting the mind and body, resulting in a calmer mental and physical state of the body.
I've been thinking this for about a year from a different company buy pill form this is much more economical he seems to be good quality
I love this Ashwagandha. In the past, it has been hard to get over the taste of the herb, but with this product, I look forward to taking it. It has a nutty taste to it, goes great with warm milk, or herbal tea before bed. And it's effectiveness is the best I have ever experienced. Cool, calm, amazing sleep....thank you!!!!
This is the best natural herb I've ever taken to help alleviate your feelings of constant stress. I use about a 1/2 tsp. in a cup of coffee. I've mixed it in cold drinks before but I didn't feel the effects the same as I do when I put it in a hot beverage, so I favor the hot beverage. LOVE THIS
Using this product in a breakfast smoothie has made a difference in all aspects of my physical and emotonal well-being. I wish I had found
this years ago.
Best quality of the 3 different brands of Ashwaganda I've tried.
