Recipe: Superfood Smoothie Bowl⁣⁠

As the temps rise, we find ourselves craving more cooling + hydrating foods - like this bowl inspired by @sweatersipper.👆 It’s perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or even a summertime dinner on the patio!⁣⁠⠀
Ingredients:⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠

1 frozen banana⁣⁠⠀

½ cup frozen strawberries⁣⁠⠀

½ cup frozen blueberries⁣⁠⠀

1 tsp Better Than Botox⁣⁠⠀

1 tsp Seal The Deal ⁣⁠

1 tsp Moringa

1-2 chopped dates ⁣⁠⠀

2-4 oz coconut water⁣⁠⠀
Instructions: ⁣⁠⠀
1. Blend all ingredients together. ⁣⁠⠀
2. Top with all of your favorite fruits, nuts, seeds, and nut butters (i.e. - green apples, kiwi, almond butter, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds).⁣
