Moon Milk with Emily

Major shoutout to our Wellth Advisor, Emily, for helping us drift off into a restful night of sleep! This Moon Milk is the perfect wind down after those especially stressful days.😌
- 1 1/2 Cup of milk (alternative milk works too)
- 1 Tsp Chill The F* Out
- 1 Tsp manuka honey
- 1 chamomile tea bag
Add all the ingredients to a pot on the stove and use a whisk or hand frother to incorporate all together. Cheers to a chill night in!
