This Mindfulness Milk recipe contains our mental clarity power duo for when your brain is feeling overloaded.🤯 Whether you drink it cold or warm it up, it'll give you the focus you need to power through an afternoon of emails and Zoom calls and combat overwhelm + stress.

Mindfulness Milk

  • 1 Tsp Mind Over Matter
  • 1 Tsp Chill The F* Out⁣⁠
  • 8 oz coconut milk
  • ⁠Optional: a tsp of maple syrup to sweeten

Add blends to your cup, then add milk (and sweetener if desired). Use a whisk or hand frother to incorporate the blends. Cheers to productivity! 🤓
