What's in this blend?

  • Holy Basil - When taken regularly, the adaptogenic properties of Holy Basil help to reset the nervous system and adrenals.
  • Mucuna - This¬†tropical legume¬†contains naturally occurring L-dopa, which is the precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine, which is essential for sleep, memory, mood, mental functions, and calming the nervous system.
  • Lucuma and Cinnamon (Ceylon) - Both of these herbs are natural mood and palate sweeteners, making Do Not Disturb a delectable part of your evening wind down routine.
  • Rose - The calming hint of rose encourages relaxation and soothes our senses to help send us into deep sleep.¬†

 

What does it taste like? 

Do Not Disturb tastes like a collection of your favorite chai spices. Naturally sweet from the combination of Lucuma, Mucuna, and Cinnamon, this blend is best taken with hot water, like your favorite hot tea. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if you like a bit of extra sweetness.  

 

How to dose?  

For a delicious and simple bedtime tea, add 1tsp of Do Not Disturb to your mug and top with 8-10oz of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes to allow the blend to work more effectively. Sweetener and creamer are optional, but we recommend a splash of oat milk and 1/2 teaspoon of maple syrup if preferred. Easy, deep sleep is only a sip away.
