Focus Flow Cold Brew : Putting Mind Over Matter

Focusing is hard these days. So, we've been brain washing. As in, a literal mind cleaning.

Mind Over Matter lifts the fog, enhances cognitive function, and turns endless list makers into productive list do-ers.

This anxiety-reducing, brain-clearing, 3x mushroom blend has been our trusty sidekick since well, March. Here's how we're dosing in the summer heat:

Focus Flow Cold Brew

 Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 tsp Mind Over Matter
  • 6 oz coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3/4 c of ice
  • Optional: sweetener of choice

Instructions: 

  1. Brew espresso or use your favorite cold brew.
  2. Using a hand frother (a whisk or a blender will work as well), blend Mind Over Matter into your coffee.
  3. Pour the milk over ice and then top with the Mind Over Matter coffee mixture. 

 Voila! Mental clarity on the rocks.
