Chill The F* Out Whipped Dalgona Coffee

If you've spent any amount of time on TikTok (#quarantine), you've likely seen this amazing whipped coffee recipe, inspired by the South Korean dalgona candy (a toffee sponge candy that resembles the whip in this recipe). We are obsessed, so we asked our friend @kateswholelife to show us how to make it. This dairy free + decaf version includes Chill The F* Out to make it a coffee treat that also combats stress.

Whipped Dalgona Coffee
2 tbsp decaf instant coffee (it has to be instant coffee, but you can use caffeinated)
2 tbsp organic coconut sugar
2 tbsp boiling water
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (can use any milk)
1 1/2 tsp Chill The F* Out
Combine instant coffee, sugar and boiling water and whisk/mix until fluffy. Once fluffy, add in 1 teaspoon of chill the F out and mix until fully blended. I used my kitchen aid mixer, but you can use a hand mixer or whisk.
Fill glass almost full with your milk of choice, add ice, then scoop in the fluff! Top with 1/2 tsp of chill the F* out sprinkled on top. Pro Tip: for a finer texture use a sifter!
