Better Than Botox Grapefruit Chia Pudding
Dec 02, 2018
One of the easiest recipes to make is overnight oats or our favorite, Chia Seed Pudding. Rich in protein, Omega 3's and fiber, chia seeds are an amazing superfood for providing nutrition especially when we're busy. You can make chia pudding the night before and have it as a delicious grab-and-go breakfast item, topped with your favorite trail mix or fruit.
For this recipe, we wanted to highlight our Better Than Botox signature blend, a vegan collagen that is rich in 3 superfood berries: Camu Camu, Sea Buckthorn, and Schisandra Berry. These powerhouse ingredients combine to make one of the world's richest sources of Vitamin C an antioxidants, giving our skin that youthful glow and assists in collagen production.
Better Than Botox Grapefruit Chia Seed Pudding
Time: 5 minutes (not including the overnight process)
2 cups Almond/Coconut Milk
7 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Grapefruit Juice (or OJ if you can't take the zing)
2 teaspoons Better Than Botox
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Maple Syrup
Optional: 1 tsp Honey or your preferred sweetener
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Cover bowl and leave for as little as 4 hours or overnight. By letting it sit, the chia seeds will become "sticky" or pudding form.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with grapefruit, toasted coconut, almonds and almond butter (or whatever you might have in your kitchen!).
The best thing about chia pudding? You can substitute any of our blends or even mono herbs to add the flavor or nutrition boost you're looking for.
