Antioxidant Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Anyone else already on a total pumpkin kick? #SAME 🎃 We're welcoming fall with this pumpkin smoothie from our friend @naturally_natalieeng featuring Follow Your Gut. And like Natalie said, we're not mad about it because pumpkin actually has tons of skin benefits! 🙌 Here's how to make it.

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. oat milk

  • 1/3 c. pumpkin puree

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 tsp. Follow Yout Gut

  • Optional: top with granola of choice and drizzle with yogurt 

Directions: 

Blend all ingredients until incorporated and smooth. Pour into a glass and top with yogurt and granola, if desired.
