Recipe: Maca x Mind Over Matter Adaptogen Smoothie Bowl

- 1 frozen banana
- 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seed
- 1 Tbsp. Maca
- 1 tsp. Mind Over Matter
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. Follow Your Gut
- 1 cup almond milk
- Blend, and then add a handful of crushed ice and blend again.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with: Little Green Glorious Granola, fresh blackberries, and crushed freeze-dried raspberries.
