Recipe: Maca x Mind Over Matter Adaptogen Smoothie Bowl

We’re drooling over this Mind Over Matter smoothie bowl from our friend @little.green.living. Don’t walk - run to your kitchen to make your own.👇⁣


Ingredients:⁣

- 1 frozen banana⁣
- 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter⁣
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed⁣
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seed⁣
- 1 Tbsp. Maca
- 1 tsp. Mind Over Matter
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger⁣
- 1 tsp. Follow Your Gut 
- 1 cup almond milk⁣

 

Instructions:

  1. ⁣Blend, and then add a handful of crushed ice and blend again.⁣
  2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with: Little Green Glorious Granola, fresh blackberries, and crushed freeze-dried raspberries.⁣
