Follow Your Gut Granola

Follow Your Gut. 99% chance it'll lead you to this anti-inflammatory, GF, every-healthy-adjective, finger-lickin' granola.💃 

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp Follow Your Gut 

  • 2.5 cups GF rolled oats 

  • 1.5 cup slices almonds 

  • 1 cup walnuts 

  • 1 cup pecans 

  • 1 cup hempseed

  • 2 tsp cinnamon 

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup 

 

Directions: 

  1. Lay out flat layer on sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 

  2. Bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Add optional coconut & berries. 

  4. Bake for 8 more minutes. 

  5. Let cool and enjoy with almond milk or over yogurt.
