Better Pre-Workout Pudding (With Chill the F* Out)

Get some vroom vroom and start your workout hydrated for better results with this easy pudding from Ashley Koff RD, CEO, The Better Nutrition Program
1 small banana, very ripe
1 tsp Apothékary Chill the F* Out powder
2 Tbsp coconut water
1 Tbsp cacao nibs
In a small bowl, use a fork to blend coconut water and powder. Mash or blend banana then combine it with coconut water powder mixture. Top with cacao nibs. Eat an hour before your work out and be prepared to pump some iron. Do you even lift, bro?
