Ingredients
1/4 cup organic steel cut oats or groats
1/2 cup plain Califia Farms dairy-free probiotic yogurt
1 Tbsp Apothékary Follow Your Gut powder
In a mason jar, add oats and powder. Pour yogurt over and stir with a fork until fully combined. Cover with lid. Leave in refrigerator overnight. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy on an empty stomach for a better start to your morning. Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds.
