Autumn Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup of Yogurt
  • 1 Apple
  • Gluten Free Raw Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Better Than Botox

Add a cup of your favorite yogurt (we love a plant based one!) to a bowl. Then top with organic apples, gluten free raw oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, and a sprinkling of cinnamon, and Better Than Botox! ✨
