Anyone else already on a total pumpkin kick? #SAME 🎃 We're welcoming fall with this pumpkin smoothie from our friend @naturally_natalieeng featuring Follow Your Gut. And like Natalie said, we're not mad about it because pumpkin actually has tons of skin benefits! 🙌 Here's how to make it.
Ingredients:

8 oz. oat milk

1/3 c. pumpkin puree

2 pitted dates

2 frozen bananas

1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. Follow Your Gut

Optional: top with granola of choice and drizzle with yogurt
